“Strengthen the weak hands and make firm the feeble knees.” — Isaiah 35:3
When we set out for India and Nepal, we knew we were walking into a harvest field but what we didn’t know was just how deeply it would impact us. This trip was not just spiritually stretching, but physically and emotionally pressing as well. The terrain, the heat, the food, the weight of what people were walking through these were all things we had to press through. And sometimes what you're pressing through isn’t just spiritual warfare… it's the very ground you're walking on.
But God met us there.
India: The Word and the Witness
In India, we partnered with Pastor Raju, a faithful leader who now joins us monthly in prayer and fellowship. Our connection with him was made possible through Living Word Ministries, who helped open the door for this impactful time of ministry. We’re truly grateful for their partnership and the trust shared.
We engaged in multiple gatherings with local pastors and church leaders. For hours at a time, we taught the Word, and the people received it with deep hunger many sitting attentively with open Bibles and open hearts, eager to grow in truth and faith.
We fellowshipped with families, heard stories of unwavering faith, and prayed over communities with deep needs and great love. We also got to see the direct impact of your generosity donations helped feed families in some of the most difficult conditions. What a joy to witness the tangible love of God in action.
“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” — Matthew 4:4
Our brothers and sisters in India have taught us, it’s not comfort that builds the Church it’s hunger, obedience, and faith.
Nepal: A Church Under Fire
When we arrived in Nepal, we could feel it immediately a different fire was burning there. Not just spiritual hunger, but the fire of persecution. Our contact there shared stories that gripped our hearts: believers gathering in secret, having bricks thrown at them during worship, some even being hospitalized. One of our hosts had just recovered from such an attack.
Still, they gather. Still, they worship. Still, they proclaim Jesus.
And they say this:
“The more we are persecuted, the stronger our faith grows.”
We had the honor of ministering in the villages and sitting face-to-face with leaders and believers whose faith has been forged in fire. We laughed, cried, prayed, and watched as the power of God fell. Many were filled, some slain in the Spirit, and others baptized in water during a full day set aside for baptisms.
“They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.” — Revelation 12:11
A Plea from the Persecuted
What stood out the most in Nepal was what they did not ask for. They didn’t ask for money. They didn’t ask for food. They asked for one thing:
“Please pray that our faith would not fail.”
And so, we are bringing that plea back to you. Would you join us in lifting up the believers in Nepal and India? Pray that their faith endures, that persecution only fuels the fire, and that the Kingdom of God continues to expand in places where the enemy tries hardest to shut it down.
Hearts Full, Eyes Open
India and Nepal reminded us that the Church is alive and well, even under pressure. It’s in places like this that you realize our comfort isn’t a sign of blessing; our obedience is. And sometimes, the most powerful witness comes from those who have nothing but Jesus… and still have everything they need.
“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 5:10
Thank you for sending us, covering us in prayer, and supporting this Kingdom work.Let’s keep going. Let’s keep praying. The harvest is ready.
