Eden
Eden is the humanitarian pathway of The Underground. It is where our commitment to restoring dignity and creating opportunity comes to life. By partnering with trusted local leaders, we invest in people, care for the vulnerable, strengthen communities, and create pathways for individuals, families, and communities to flourish.
Uganda is where the Eden model is being developed. Through long-term relationships and locally led initiatives, we are building a model that we prayerfully hope can one day be adapted in other communities and nations.
Our Model
We believe lasting impact begins with people. Rather than applying the same approach everywhere, Eden is built on long-term relationships, local leadership, discipleship, education, and compassionate care.
We listen, build relationships, and work alongside local leaders to understand the unique needs of each community. From there, we develop initiatives that create opportunities, restore dignity, and help communities flourish.
Through this approach, the Eden Initiatives become practical expressions of our commitment to serving people with the love of Christ.

Children's Learning Center
We are building a Christ-centered learning center where children can receive quality education, discipleship, school supplies, uniforms, and the opportunity to build a brighter future.
Seeds of Hope
Seeds of Hope provides ongoing care and support for vulnerable children. Through trusted local partnerships, we help meet practical needs while creating opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive.
Initiative 52
Initiative 52 walks alongside widows through encouragement, practical support, meaningful relationships, and opportunities that restore dignity and create hope for the future.
Leadership Development
We equip pastors, ministry leaders, and emerging leaders through biblical discipleship, leadership training, mentoring, and ongoing encouragement so they can faithfully serve their churches and communities.
Why
Uganda?
Uganda is our prototype region and the first place where the Eden model is being developed. Our long-term presence and trusted local partnerships allow us to learn, build, and serve alongside the community.
What we develop in Uganda will help shape how the Eden model can be adapted to serve other communities while honoring the unique people, culture, and needs of each place.
